that e-mail is not secure for using credit cards.

Our every intention is to provide the most convenient way for you to order from us.
If you would rather order by mail, phone or by fax, you may still use our secure
shopping cart. It will provide you with a printable form which you can use
to place your order.

We will not sell or distribute your information to any other company or individual.
It will be used solely for order processing purposes and sale information fliers.
If you do not wish to receive any sale mailings, please specify this in your initial order.

After payment is received, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive. We
ship UPS from California. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box (Please give
full deliverable address) and does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
(This only applies to orders within the continental U.S.) For information about international
orders, AK and HI, please
call our Customer Service Dept. for more information, as delivery and shipping charges
will be different. Orders shipped outside the continental U.S are subject to actual freight
costs and are not eligible for free freight. International customers, AK and HI, will be
e-mailed with actual freight charges for approval. .

If you wish to return a product, please contact our office at 800-642-9293
or at orders@stensource.com for
a Return Authorization Number. No merchandise will be accepted or credited
without this authorization. We must be contacted no more than 15 days after
you receive the merchandise. Return Authorizations will not be granted after
15 days. You will be given instructions for how to return the merchandise.
If the return is due to an error on our part you will receive a full
cash/credit refund on the purchase price, including tax and shipping if
applicable. If the return is due to an error in your ordering or simply
changing your mind, you will receive a refund of the merchandise value and
tax, if applicable, only and be charged for return freight.
For credit, merchandise must be unused and returned in original condition
(product packaging intact).

Shipping and Handling Charges
All orders under $50.00 within the Continental U.S. are shipped via USPS. Orders over $50.00 are shipped via UPS. Note: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box (please provide a full deliverable address) and does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Orders shipped outside the Continental U.S (Alaska, Hawaii & Internationally) are subject to actual
freight costs and are not eligible for free freight. These customers
will be sent an eMail specifing the actual shipping charges for their approval.
For orders shipping outside the continental U.S we have two shipping options:
- Standard USPS Letter Rate, this is the least expensive rate, but it cannot be insured or tracked once it leaves the Continental boarders of the U.S.. If your order is lost we cannot replace it.
- USPS Priority Mail, which is more expensive, but your order
can be insured, tracked and replaced if lost.
Note: For orders shipped with USPS Priorty Mail; we must allow 30 days for your order to arrive as the post office will not begin tracking the package until 30 days after the shipping date.
If your order subtotal is below $20.00, there will be a $5.00 handling fee, which will show up as part of the shipping and handling charge.
